Financial Controller

Job Summary:
Outsorcy is hiring a Financial Controller for a U.S.-based company. This role requires an experienced accounting professional with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and audits.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP, federal and state tax laws, and industry regulations.
• Develop financial strategies and policies to optimize cash flow, profitability, and risk management.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting systems, and financial procedures.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives on financial planning and business decisions.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in accounting/financial management, with expertise in U.S. GAAP.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills, with experience in financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
