Working hours: 12:00 – 21:00, Monday-Friday
Job Location: Prishtina e Re, Prishtine, Republic of Kosovo

Job Overview:

GrowthLab Solutions is seeking a Financial Accountant to join our team, the person filling this position will be responsible for assisting our clients with their accounting needs and providing supportive financial analysis. The duties consist of contract detail analysis and abstraction, financial analysis, and drafting reporting documents.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably 2-4+
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Working with Senior Leadership
Solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a financial analysis role
2+ years of preparation of financial statements and related analysis
Certified Accountant – SKAAK or similar

Responsibilities:

Financial reporting valuations for businesses
Account and client reconciliations
Accounting and financial analysis for selected periods and selected segments
Preparation of Financial Statements
Performing other accounting processes related to period-end and year-end
Assist with other financial reporting valuations
Interact with internal clients and communicate with managers
