Finance Officer

FAR Logistics is a prominent freight forwarding company with a global presence, offering comprehensive logistics solutions to clients worldwide. With a dedicated branch in Kosovo, we are committed to delivering efficient and reliable services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

We are currently seeking a Finance Officer to join our team in Kosovo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing finance management, ensuring timely payments from clients, and managing vendor payments. 

Location:             Office based/ Fushë Kosovë

Work schedule:  Monday to Friday (3 PM to 11 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finance-related tasks including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Monitor and track client payments to ensure timely collection.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to process payments accurately and promptly.
• Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis as required by management.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and optimize efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting (desired).
• Prior experience in finance or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and other financial software.
