Finance Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our team in Kosovo. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent, timely and accurate financial management and administration of the company’s finances, financial systems, processes and records. 

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (3 PM to 11 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finance-related tasks including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Monitor and track client payments.
• Coordinate with vendors to process payments accurately and promptly.
• Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis as required by management.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and optimize efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist, support and advise the Office Manager and CEO with respect to financial matters and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Prior experience in finance/ accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software is desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
