What will you do?

• Develop and implement financial policies and controls to ensure the company’s financial health and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, forecast future financial performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets, financial plans, and reports.
• Monitor financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budgets and forecasts.
• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with strategic objectives.
• Identify cost-saving and profit-maximizing opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting financial performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and industry trends to ensure best practices in financial controlling.

What do you need to apply?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in financial controlling, analysis, or management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.
• Knowledge of local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and drive process improvements.
• Certified accountant – preferable
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
• Fluency in Albanian both written and spoken.
