The role:

• The primary responsibility of this role is to gather feedback from attendees following our events and to foster connections between external parties after the event has concluded. Additionally, the role includes coordinating and facilitating interactions among external parties to ensure they can continue to build on the connections made during the event. By effectively managing these tasks, this role plays a crucial part in enhancing attendee satisfaction and promoting ongoing collaboration among event participants

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze attendee feedback to evaluate event success
• Maintain an organized database of feedback records for future reference
• Ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience onsite
• Collaborate with event teams to implement feedback-driven enhancements
• Extend invitations to facilitate connections between event attendees and the solution providers
• Respond to all customer enquiries within 24 hours

Requirements:

This position requires someone who is outgoing, ambitious, personable, and extremely organized The individual needs to be able to communicate with C-Level across the world, as well as facilitate conversation

The individual needs to be innovative, think on their feet and improvise when necessary Fluent in written and spoken English

Desired skills and Experience:

• Experience in client services or customer success
• Self-motivated: Working in a reactive environment with multiple engagement, time management and prioritization is vital.
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build relationships with key clients and networks, both internally and externally.
