Our client Relay Payments is a venture-backed, fintech company building an electronic payment network in the transportation, logistics, and supply chain industries in the United States. The company creates value for its customers and partners by providing direct, instant payments in an industry heavily reliant on cash and checks to conduct day-to-day business.

Relay’s application is used by more than 250,000 truck drivers and carriers across the U.S making it one of the disrupters in the fintech industry.

What are we looking for:

We are seeking ambitious, solution-driven excellent English-speaking full-time agents to join as members of the sales development team.

The role will be responsible for expanding Relay’s customer base through proven prospecting strategies and initiating the first outreach with potential accounts and enrollment and education on the new products to the current accounts that have already downloaded and are using the application.

The goal of this role is to sell a new product line and build a robust pipeline.

What you will be doing:

  • Use outbound calling for outreach to prospects
  • Determine the prospect’s interest in Relay products
  • Educate the prospects on the needs and opportunities of using Relay products
  • Schedule and attend discovery and follow up meetings and calls
  • Acquire and enroll new prospects
  • Hands-on guide, educate and activate customers application

This position will be a great fit for someone who is goal oriented, problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple prospect accounts at once.

Fundamental Skills:

  • You are a fluent English speaker who speaks professionally via phone, and is an active listener
  • You are a problem solver and is always looking for a solution
  • You are a self-starter who has a desire to excel in their role, and it’s reflected by exceeding activity metrics and quotas
  • You consistently document your work in Salesforce or similar CRM
  • You have tele-sales experience ( is a plus)
  • You are a fast learner
  • You understand or is willing to learn the trucking and logistics industry in the United States
