As we continue to expand our operations, we are actively seeking a talented and passionate Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring our groundbreaking projects to fruition. From conceptualization to execution, the Electrical Engineer will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of electrical systems into our products.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components to meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall product designs, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Conduct thorough feasibility studies and cost analyses to evaluate the viability of proposed electrical systems, providing valuable insights to guide decision-making.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Utilize your troubleshooting expertise to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently, keeping projects on track and within budget.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in electrical engineering technologies and methodologies, continually seeking opportunities to enhance our processes and practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols, prioritizing the well-being of our team members and end users.
• Actively participate in project planning, progress reviews, and team meetings, contributing your expertise to support the achievement of project objectives.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a public sector or international organization setting.
• Proficiency in electrical design software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of electrical principles, circuits, and systems.
• Fluent in English.
