Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of freight deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize route efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a relevant position.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries and prioritize effectively. 
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work during US working hours.
