Isometric 3D is a BIM consultancy based in the UK working with a diverse portfolio of clients/projects. Working throughout Europe and driving Coordination, Collaboration, and Technological Excellence in Construction Projects. Isometric 3D is specialised in delivering projects in BIM, our projects are entirely developed and coordinated in a 3D environment.  Developing RIBA Stage 4 (technical design) to RIBA Stage 5/6 (Construction design) by coordinating with the general contractor and other stakeholders in the project including producing the construction drawings.

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Construction Specialist to join our team. The Digital Construction Specialist will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed construction drawings / models using Autodesk Revit software.

This role will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate design concepts into construction-ready drawings and models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop construction drawings, plans, and details using Autodesk Revit software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Generate construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
• Update construction drawings to as-built drawings based on laser scan or redline mark-ups.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in Revit software to enhance drafting efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software with demonstrated experience in architectural, structural or MEP drafting. 
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building systems.
• Ability to interpret design drawings and translate them into detailed construction documentation.
• Experience with other BIM software (Civil 3D, Navisworks, Rhino) is a plus.
