Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Italian + English & German + English)

Location: Prishtine

About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges and building strong customer relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Customer Support Specialist!

In this role, you will provide solutions to customer requests, primarily addressing technical issues with our state-of-the-art EV chargers. With every interaction, you will ensure a fast response time and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    Handle customer requests via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) and provide assistance to B2B customers, including bus companies and highway EV charging stations.
  • Shift Reporting:
    Document your shift and communicate any follow-ups to the team to ensure smooth transitions and continued customer support.
  • Customer Experience:
    Ensure a positive experience by providing regular updates and clear communication to customers, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify and suggest improvements in processes, practices, and tools in collaboration with the team to enhance the customer service experience.

Your Background:

We are looking for a junior-to-medior professional with the following qualifications:

  • Customer-Focused:
    Previous experience in customer support, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Language Skills:
    Excellent communication skills in German or Italian (both written and verbal).
    English language skills (spoken and written) would be a big plus.
  • Flexibility:
    Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
  • Technical Aptitude:
    A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively, particularly related to EV charging.
