About the Role:

As a Customer Support Representative at Simetrix, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance with a friendly and professional attitude.
This Customer Care Representative position will provide assistance to customers. Customer inquiries include application questions, account questions, and mobile device technical support.

The following are the minimum requirements for this position:

High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

• Minimum of 1 year call center customer service experience – including assistingirate/frustrated customers.
• Must be able to easily adapt to policy and procedural changes.
• Must be fluent in Comprehending, Reading, Speaking and Writing in English.
• For Spanish – must be fluent in Speaking in Spanish.
• Must possess good judgement skills.
• Must be able to communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Interest in mobile device technology.
• Ability to quickly learn how to support many different cell phones and tablet models including device trouble shooting.
• Must be able to multi-task – speak and add clear and concise notes to a customer’s account at the same time.
• Must be comfortable using a computer as well as multiple software systems during a single customer interaction.
• Must be flexible to schedule changes as business needs require

Salary starting at 800 Euro NET plus bonus.
