Job Overview
For one of our client, we are looking to hire Customer Support Agent.
As a Customer Support Agent, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask, as multiple conversations are going on at once. This job requires communicating professionally using proper grammar punctuation, and spelling.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Modify and escalate complaints across several communication channels
- Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries, requests, orders, or applications
- Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers;
Requirements:
- Proficient in English minimum C1 in spoken and written;
- Proficient in Serbo-Croatian;
- Willing to move to Tirana for 6 weeks;
- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Articulate, personable, and reliable with excellent writing skills and email etiquette;
- One year of chat support experience preferred;
- CRM/support tool experience a plus.
