Customer Support Agent for Property Management Company

We are looking to hire an agent for a role of Customer Care Representative

Our Property Management Company, based in New York City, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented person to fill the Full-Time position of Customer Care Representative. We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and very organized individual to help perform a variety of tasks across the organization. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We are looking for somebody who pays attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients.
  • Handle inbound calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Guide clients and troubleshoot common problems.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Answer phone calls received via our general phone line, routing inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Organize and file documents.
  • Preparing detailed lists of items necessary for apartment rentals.
  • Perform any and all duties to ensure that properties operate in an efficient and economic manner.
  • Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and word processing documents.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Great attitude and work ethic.
  • Ability to work from 14:00 to 22:00 (on-site) from our office in Prishtina.
