Customer Support Agent
We are looking to hire 10+ agents for a role of Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Guide clients through software functionalities and troubleshoot common problems.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and tools.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in tax software and related technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, or a related field
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
- At least 3 years of experience working in customer care
- Prior experience in tech support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work from 15:00 to 23:00 (on-site) from our office in Prishtina
