We are looking to hire 10+ agents for a role of Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Guide clients through software functionalities and troubleshoot common problems.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and tools.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in tax software and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
• At least 3 years of experience working in customer care
• Prior experience in tech support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work from 15:00 to 23:00 (on-site) from our office in Prishtina
