Our client is a dynamic, fast-paced tech startup on a mission to make buildings more sustainable – they account for 39% of global carbon emissions and we’re creating real world solutions to impact this! 

Our client is establishing a new market within commercial real estate – a sector ripe for disruption having installed hundreds of thousands of IoT sensors in thousands of buildings. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the fleet of installed sensors across all customers to identify devices that are offline

○ Using internal and third party systems such as our web application, third party vendor applications, and internal reporting tools

• Troubleshooting of offline devices to restore connectivity with minimal impact to customers

○ Including use of internal systems to trigger remotely connect to devices and diagnose issues

• Outbound customer outreach to customers where we have not been able to resolve issues with offline devices remotely

○ Via internal systems such as Salesforce and Intercom

•  Inbound customer contact handling of customer queries relating to troubleshooting of offline devices
• Escalation of issues to relevant teams to resolve where you are unable

○ Using systems such as Slack, Jira, and other internal Platforms.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Hybrid position working with US teams based in Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 CET (Prishtina/Skopje/Tirana time)
• Indefinite contract
