Customer Service Specialist / Dispatch.
General Description
- Enter all daily orders and audit for accuracy
- Monitor Team emails ensuring all updates/customer requests are answered by dispatch in>20mins
Basically:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Process orders, forms, applications, and update requests
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in TMS
- Provide information between dispatch and customers
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
US Times
Thu, Fri, Mon: 8-5
Sat-Sun: 9-4 or 8:30-3:30
Skills Needed
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
