• Enter all daily orders and audit for accuracy
• Monitor Team emails ensuring all updates/customer requests are answered by dispatch in>20mins

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Process orders, forms, applications, and update requests
• Maintain customer records by updating account information in TMS
• Provide information between dispatch and customers

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
