Customer Service Representative (German and English Speaker)

StarLabs is seeking for Customer Service Representiave to join our team on-site. If you have good German and English skills both in spoken and written, along with a strong drive for continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply.

• Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
