Job Overview:
Park Medical Clinic is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering exceptional support and resolving issues quickly and effectively. As a representative for our audiology services, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential; British English fluency is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Shifts & Flexibility:
- Full flexibility required to cover shifts between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm UK time, Monday to Sunday.
- 40 hours per week, 5 days a week on a rota basis.
