We are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in the trucking industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring our clients’ transportation needs are met with unparalleled efficiency.

Position:                    Customer Service Representative (5 Positions Open Now)

Work schedule:        Monday to Friday (3 PM – 11 PM)

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding their transportation needs.
• Book and schedule shipments and coordinate with dispatchers and drivers.
• Provide shipment updates information to customers
• Address any issues or concerns that customers may have, finding effective solutions to meet their needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in the trucking industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite referred.
