Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers, restaurant partners, and delivery drivers. You will serve as the frontline point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression and fosters customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving delivery issues, and answering questions about menu items, delivery times, and promotions.
- Communicate effectively with restaurant partners and delivery drivers to coordinate order fulfillment and address any issues or delays.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and patience, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Monitor order status, track deliveries in real-time, and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and marketing, to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Pay Rate: Starting at € 600.00 per month/Work from home via laptop or computer
