We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the trucking industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their transportation needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

• Position: Customer Service Representative           
• Location: FAR Logistics Office in Prishtina

Work schedule:        Monday to Friday (4:00 PM to 12:00 PM), 1 hour lunch break.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Answering incoming calls and emails from customers regarding their transportation needs
• Booking and scheduling shipments and coordinating with dispatchers and drivers.
• Providing shipment updates and tracking information to customers
• Addressing any issues or concerns that customers may have and finding solutions to meet their needs.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience in the trucking industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with transportation management software preferred.
