Duties, Skills and Requirements

• Data driven – collect content performance data
• Some IT know how, opening and managing accounts in multiple platforms,
• Maintain and update customer information
• Help customers through chat and phone to resolve their questions (time to time, not daily(
• Medium+ written and speaking English skills.
• Maintain a positive growth approach with clients
