We are a media-focused team that thrives at the intersection of technology and creativity, and we specialize in delivering high-impact digital and social media content that drives brand engagement.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Creative Marketing Project Manager to oversee our social media productions and lead a remote team of editors and creators. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, team leadership, and social media strategy. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely but with an expectation to attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions in our Pristina office. The in-office balance may vary based on experience and skill level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee social media production schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate a team of remote video editors and content creators, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with Orderific Media’s goals and vision.
• Track and analyze project performance to optimize workflows and improve future productions.
• Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Ensure effective communication across the team, promoting alignment and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management and team leadership, preferably in a creative or media environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work and in-office presence as needed.
• Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve high performance.
