Job Title: Country Sales Executive

HumanPower on behalf of his client Acibadem Healthcare Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Executive with a strong background in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. In this role, you will lead our Patient Services Team, oversee the Local Information Office, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, medical facilities, and local health authorities. You will also plan and execute customer visits, coordinate with marketing agencies, and organize scientific events. Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading the Patient Services Team and managing the Local Information Office;
• Planning customer visits on weekly and monthly basis;
• Leading the communication with Marketing/PR Agency;
• Organizing/Participating scientific events with healthcare professionals/medical facilities;
• Managing the relations with local and national health authorities;
• Preparing weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for HQ;
• Managing the process for patient services.

Qualifications

• A Life Science degree or either a nursing, pharmacy or other medical qualifications;
• Ideally 3-5 years of solid marketing/sales experience in healthcare-pharmaceutical sectors;
• Excellent time management, organizational skills;
• A strong work ethic with a strong sense of achievement;
• A good knowledge of the key hospitals/healthcare facilities on the territory;
• Great selling, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• High levels of self-motivation and tenacity;
• Determination to succeed and desire to thrive in a competitive environment;
• Excellent communication skills in English – verbal and written (Ideally in Turkish).
