About the Role:
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional technical support to clients using our Tax Software. In this role, you will receive inbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on software functionalities. What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) with a clear accent
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field is a plus

• Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Prior experience in tech support or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work from 15:00 to 00:00 (on-site)
