We currently have ten spots open for talented Content Marketing Interns to help us continue to deliver great content that answers people’s questions on Search.

In this internship, you will learn to make data approachable, immersive and newsworthy. You’ll learn to use innovative techniques to work with data and turn them into creative stories that will grab the attention of journalists and readers.

What You’ll Need

• You are a senior level student in English language/literature
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and/or the Google Doc tool suite.
• Tech savvy/interest in the internet.
• You have the skills to undertake in-depth research and locate key sources of data that are useful to journalists and readers.
• You are eager to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Build your writing portfolio by writing content (blog posts, research assets, etc) that will be published online.
• Working alongside our Link Building and Digital PR team to turn ideas into creative campaign assets, including undertaking research and writing copy.
• Assist in conducting data analyses, gathering and turning raw data into visual insights.
• Working independently to create long and short-form content for several different client projects in various industries.
• Conducting online research to ensure the content pieces are original, with credible and relevant data.

Suggested Skills

• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, with an eye for good web design.
• Working knowledge of marketing tools and how they can be used to help grow client websites.

Compensation

This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity.

True to our TETEC values — on Day 1, our Interns are treated just like our full-time team members on Day 500.

That’s why interns are expected to commit for 40 hours per week, from 9 to 5:30 pm, for 3 months. Qualified interns will be offered a promotion based on their performance, once the internship period is over.
