Your Responsibilities:

As an Consultant CRM (m/f/d), you will:

• Manage CRM Systems: Oversee and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system, supporting business areas such as marketing, sales, service, and customer support.
• Consulting & Technical Support: Act as a consultant for business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions. Provide second-level support and resolve any malfunctions in the system.
• Solution Development: Design technical solutions within Dynamics CRM, including prototyping and building customized solutions to address business needs.
• Evaluate & Integrate New Features: Stay updated with new releases and features of Dynamics CRM, ensuring that the platform evolves with business requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (IT, business departments, external partners) to implement CRM projects and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience: At least 3 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM systems, including implementation and support.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, and development.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum or Kanban, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions, and ability to work with both business and technical teams.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• AI Integration: Experience with AI-driven features in Dynamics CRM (e.g., CoPilot).
• System Integration: Experience with heterogeneous system landscapes and CRM integration with other enterprise systems.
• Mobile Applications: Knowledge of mobile app integration with CRM systems.
• Cloud Solutions: Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms.
