We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural knowledge, project management expertise, and a solid understanding of interior design, vendor management, quality assurance, and safety compliance. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Architectural Oversight:
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to interpret project blueprints and plans.
• Ensure design concepts are accurately implemented and aligned with client specifications.
• Interior Design Development:
• Work with interior designers to incorporate aesthetic and functional elements into the project.
• Ensure design elements meet regulatory standards and client expectations.
• Evaluate and propose appropriate materials and equipment for project needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure materials and equipment align with budget, quality, and design requirements.
• Manage procurement and delivery schedules for materials and equipment.
• Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance:
• Implement and maintain stringent quality control processes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Address and resolve any safety or compliance issues promptly.
• Budget and Cost Control:
• Monitor project budgets and control expenses to prevent cost overruns.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise construction teams, vendors and subcontractors, ensuring efficient collaboration and performance.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience with architectural and interior design projects.
• Familiarity with vendor and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
