Project brief:

The overall objective of the Consultant’s assignment is two-fold:

• Consultancy services for Accompanying Measures of the Programme: Assist the RWCP to improve its overall performance, operations and sustainability of the infra-structure investments through hands on knowledge transfer, training and coaching pro-vided through utility practitioners for senior and middle management and technical staff. In particular, assist RWCP in drastically reducing its apparent and technical NRW losses, improve operation and maintenance for water, wastewater and stormwater, etc.
• Consultancy Services for a Project Implementation Unit: Assist and provide general project management and specific technical expertise to the PIU

The programme funded by German Development Cooperation, with the German Develop-ment Bank (KfW) as the financing agency and with grant funds from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), EU (IPA 2022) and by local contributions.
