For our client who is leader on the vaping industry  in Kosovo and the region, we are looking to  hire:

• Chief Operating Officer

Profile Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our dynamic team in the vape cigarettes industry. As our COO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities  :

• Develop and implement effective business strategies and operational plans to drive company growth and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
• Analyze data, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute company objectives and goals.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure financial health and stability.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
• Analyze demographic data, consumer behaviors, and market trends to determine the feasibility and potential success of entering new markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, small-medium businesses, agencies, and other industry partners.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in the entertainment sector.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior operational role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
