Solvify is looking for an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company’s daily operations and ensure sustainable growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage operations in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Working Hours: This position follows the US timezone, with local working hours from 15:00 to 23:00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and drive company growth
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets and KPIs are consistently met
- Maintain strong collaboration with clients and partners through clear and professional communication
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges in real-time
- Work closely with the HR team to manage and develop internal talent
- Prepare and deliver performance reports to support executive decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial or executive role (preferably in the BPO or call center industry)
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented, flexible, and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work during US business hours (15:00–23:00 local time)
