Call for Experts for anticipated USAID Rule of Law System Strengthening Activity in Kosovo

Dexis is seeking professionals for the anticipated USAID-funded Rule of Law System Strengthening Activity in Kosovo. The anticipated Activity is expected to advance efficiency, professionalism, transparency and accountability in the justice system. The activity will also seek to strengthen judicial independence and self-governance, thereby advancing Kosovo’s Euro-Atlantic integration.

1. Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) with technical capabilities in governance and policy development. Judicial experience a plus
2. Senior Legal / Judicial Advisor
3. Senior Digitalization Advisor
4. Director of Operations, Finance, and Administration
5. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager 

Desired experience and skills:

• Experience with USAID or other donor projects
• Strong communication skills and management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team context and as a team leader.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Strong language skills both written and oral in English and local languages.
