Join Our Team as a Call Center Agent (English)
As a Customer Survey Agent, you’ll be the voice that gathers key insights from our valued customers. Your role will involve conducting friendly and engaging surveys, diving into their recent stay experiences. After the survey, you’ll have to spark their interest and transfer them with a sales representative to explore exclusive offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for a brief survey.
- Cultivate and maintain positive, productive relationships with customers
- Attentively listen to and address customers’ concerns, issues, and inquiries
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Manage and efficiently handle overflow of inbound phone calls
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills, being fluent and articulate (written and spoken)
- A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Experience in tech support or customer service is a plus but not required—we’ll support you every step of the way!
- Exceptionally driven and motivated to achieve.
Availability:
- Flexible to work on-site from our office in Prishtina during these shifts:
- 15:00–12:00
- 16:00–01:00
