Call Center Agent (English)

About the Role:

As a Customer Survey Agent, you will play a key role in gathering valuable customer feedback. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct short surveys with members over the phone, focusing on their most recent stay experience. Post-survey, you will have the opportunity to enhance customer engagement by offering to connect them with a sales representative to learn about current promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers for a brief survey.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive, productive relationships with customers
  • Attentively listen to and address customers’ concerns, issues, and inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
  • Manage and efficiently handle overflow of inbound phone calls

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Prior experience in tech support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work from 15:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 – 01:00 (on-site) from our office in Prishtina
