Job Opening: Business Development Manager

About the Role:
Simetrix Solutions is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition, identifying new business opportunities, and laying the foundation for successful sales conversations. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage and nurture inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and initial engagement
Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate lead data in our CRM system
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, target markets, and outreach strategies
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including call volume, emails, and meetings booked

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (BDR, SDR, sales associate, etc.)
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospects via various channels
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Driven, energetic, and eager to grow within a sales-oriented environment
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
