The vision of the company is Instantly Built – InstaBuilt. Advanced Insta construction systems 1 unit, 2 pieces assembled in under 3 hours. Business Development Manager – (2)


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the portfolio of existing of a new client and their full sales cycle from lead generation up to contract closure.
  • Generates leads through cold calling, prospecting, or networking, and maximize business development opportunities by forming connections
  • Identifies customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Execute all sales and business development activities through phone calls, follow ups, emails, meetings, visits, quotas, and other KPI within specific timeframe and by meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Manage its own client portfolio as specified or as needed based on sales policies
  • Responsible for inbound and outbound sales activities on daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Works within a team to manage sales leads and coordinates other activities.
  • Review competitive market practices and makes recommendations concerning adjustments to programs in related areas.
  • Recommend and make suggestion to improve anything related to sales process, sales management ore other sales related activities.
  • Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers.
  • Conduct research to identify solutions and answers to difficult client issues.
  • Manage the sales process as specified or based on directions of the management
  • Maintain sales/leads records, create and maintains all sales reports, CRM, and other lead communications so everything is tracked and reported.
  • Provide weekly/monthly feedback and lead reporting to the team lead or head of department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 6+ overall sales experience
  • Successful track record of sales in construction, real estate, architecture is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Knowing a German language is a plus
  • High performing individual that is ambitious and results driven
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, stressful, and very flexible working environment.
  • Understands sales process in detail and its team dynamics.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.

Business Development Agent – (2)

Content Writer


Duties and responsibilities

  • Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines. 
  • Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice. 
  • Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts. 
  • Collaborate with designers, PR, and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns, blogs, articles, catalogs, and landing pages in both languages English and Albanian). 
  • Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach. 
  • Conduct high-quality research and interviews. 

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing and Communication or related field.
  • Proven experience as a copywriter or related role.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.

Executive Assistant


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for a range of initiatives in which the Executive Management plays a lead role.
  • Manage the Executive Management calendar and daily workflow, juggling competing priorities as necessary and making appropriate and informed decisions regarding available time.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, coordinating all logistics and details, providing relevant preparation materials, and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Screen, direct, respond to, and prioritize calls and correspondence, facilitating the smooth exchange of information as a first point of contact for staff, board members, and external partners.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive Management and board members, including flights and accommodation.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings, compile and distribute materials, attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain corporate documents.
  • Plan and oversee logistical arrangements for board and board committee meetings, including space and facility needs, meals and refreshments, supplies, and technology.
  • Make travel arrangements, and visa tracking for the Executive Management;

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of work to prepare/submit reports to other departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
