Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: On-Site, Icon Towers – Prishtina, KS
Compensation: €2,500 – €3,000/Month

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new opportunities in the market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities by identifying and cultivating client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Lead the Business Development team, providing clear goals, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align business development initiatives with company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize ROI.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to the Business Development team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on achieving results.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and generating actionable insights to drive decisions.
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
