We are looking for individuals who are ambitious with attention to detail, and a willingness to learn to fill in the position of the Business Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Accepting inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis;
• Finding comparable pricing for the renting market on different properties;
• Follow up with the owner regarding the scheduled meetings, rescheduling meetings, etc.;
• Scheduling meetings and ensuring that each meeting is attended.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred;
• Must have minimum 3 years of working experience in sales;
• Impeccable written and verbal English skills;
• Excellent selling skills;
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work;
• Ability to work from 3PM to 11PM from the office in Prishtina;
• Must be able to type 50 wpm;
• Client-Focused Solutions Experience.

Compensation:

• 800 Euro Base Salary

Commissions:

• 4 Euros: 0-60 Attended Meeting
• 5 Euros: 60-100 Attended Meeting
• 6 Euros: 100-130 Attended Meeting
• 7 Euros: 130+ Attended Meeting

Bonuses:

• 100 Meetings Attended – 100 Euro
• 130 Meetings Attended – 150 Euro
• 150+ Meetings Attended – 250+ Euro
