We are looking for a Business Developer to expand our business in the English speaking market. The Business Developer is responsible for leading growth through new business generation and to ensure the assigned objectives within the defined sales territory.

 Responsibilities & Fields of Interaction

• Develop a growth strategy focused on financial goals
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customers
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
• Contacting potential clients via email, social media or phone
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and sales campaigns
• Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or an equivalent role
• Proven sales track record
• Strong written and oral communication in English skills (native)
• Market knowledge (major vertical industries and BPO business trends)
• Impeccable sense of responsibility, self-motivated and highly resilient
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Strong analytical profile
