Business Analyst (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

• You identify, analyze, prioritize, and articulate requirements within various customer projects for the successful implementation of our GRC software platform.
• You analyze and optimize the GRC processes (risk management, compliance, information security, data protection, etc.) of our clients.
• You advise our clients regarding the digitalization of GRC processes and train them in the use of our software solution.
• You conduct software tests and ensure high quality.
• You lead customer projects from requirement gathering to successful project completion.
• You assist with the configuration of the GRC software platform as far as possible.
• You work closely with Solution Consultants and Engineers.

Your Profile

• Completed education/training (computer science, business informatics or similar qualifications).
• Ability to analyze processes, design solutions, and implement them technically cleanly within the team.
• Experience in project management.
• IT experience, ideally in the area of enterprise software.
• Optional: Experience in one or more GRC areas.
• Fluent in English
• Enjoy communication with customers and partners.
• Open and solution-oriented personality with a passion for IT and people.
