ProCredit Bank Kosovo is currently looking to recruit a full-time:

Business Analyst in Digital Channels and Business Support Department

Business Analyst evaluates how businesses are performing and what solutions they might need by conducting research and analysis and assisting to introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients. 

Main responsibilities:

• Creates, analyzes, defines, and evaluates business requirements to address the needs of stakeholders, whether clients or end users
• Translates conceptual client needs into functional requirements in a straightforward way that developers/project team can understand
• Clearly identifies project stakeholders and work with them and project team to prioritize collected requirements, as well collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Assists with the testing of selected solutions to assure that features and functionalities are
• Establishes and maintain a culture of continuous improvement that focuses on efficiency/productivity.

 Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information technology.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Very good command of English language (spoken and written)
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
• Highly self-motivated and strong customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
