Our client is establishing a new market within commercial real estate – a sector ripe for disruption having installed hundreds of thousands of IoT sensors in thousands of buildings.

Role Summary :

This role is an opportunity to join our Product Marketing and broader Marketing function in delivering our new 1-2-many go-to-market motion. Delivering on several initiatives linked to attracting and enabling new and existing sales partners and supporting our direct-to-end customer sales efforts. You’ll be joining a focused marketing team with a strong bias to action!

Your Responsibilities:

• Create Sales Content: 

Develop sales materials for partners and direct customers, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.

• Craft Website Content: 

Write engaging content for our website and landing pages, optimizing for user experience and brand consistency.

• Drive SEO Efforts: 

Execute SEO strategies to boost online visibility, including keyword research and content optimization.

 

• Manage Email Campaigns: 

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, delivering targeted content to our audience.

• Produce Diverse Content: 

Generate various content types, such as blog posts, white papers, etc., showcasing industry expertise.

• Own Social Media Channels: 

Manage our LinkedIn presence, creating and scheduling content to increase brand visibility.

• Support Event Coordination: 

Assist in organizing events, including logistical planning and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

• Content Creation & Narrative Flexibility: Proven ability to create engaging content infused with personality and humor, and to adapt narratives to support diverse commercial strategies for both end customers and partners.
• Effective Communication & Initiative: Confident communication with stakeholders, both internal and external, demonstrating initiative and a self-starting attitude to drive projects independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Attention to Detail & Continuous Learning: Meticulous attention to detail in written materials, coupled with genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning, particularly in facilities, property, and sustainable tech industries.
• Marketing Tools Familiarity & Versatility: Knowledge or experience with various marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc., is advantageous, along with a willingness to work in a small team and support various marketing tasks, including events.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Understanding of Sustainable Technologies.
• Experience with US/UK companies would be beneficial.

Further details:

• Hybrid position working with US/UK teams based in Kosovo ,Macedonia and Albania.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am- 5 pm CEST (Prishtina, Skopje, Tirana Local Time)
• Indefinite contract.
