What we expect from you:

• Analyze business requirements related to billing, invoicing, and revenue management.
• Design and configure SAP CI solutions, including billing schema, billable item management, invoice processing, and charge calculation.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) components, including Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Mediation (CM).
• Participate in full-cycle implementations of SAP CI, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing SAP CI solutions, resolving issues in billing and invoicing processes.
• Integrate SAP CI with CRM, SAP SD, SAP FICA, and third-party systems for streamlined billing operations.
• Design and implement interfaces for data exchange, including APIs, IDocs, and web services.
• Develop test scenarios, cases, and scripts for functional and integration testing of billing and invoicing processes.
• Perform unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and support staff to enhance their understanding of SAP CI.
• Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to ensure efficient billing processes.
  Implement best practices to enhance the scalability and reliability of SAP CI solutions.

What you will need: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CI or SAP BRIM
• Experience with end-to-end billing processes in industries like Telecommunications, Utilities, or Media.
• Knowledge of SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) is a plus.
• Documentation and Communication Skills;
• Proficiency in SAP CI configuration and billing processes.
• Understanding of integration points between SAP CI, CC, CM, and FICA.
• Experience with ABAP debugging, data modeling, and customizing SAP modules.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA BRIM solutions.
• Knowledge of industry-specific billing scenarios and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR compliance).
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
