Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to support the billing control process through team extension for our client. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with numbers, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities
• Identifying discrepancies between invoices from pharmaceutical manufacturers (purchasing) and actual goods receipt (warehouse).
• Consulting with relevant departments regarding discrepancies.I
• Initiating corrective bookings.
• Optional: Booking of goods receipt invoices (accounts payable)

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience, in a similar role.
• Very good German language skills are required due to strong communication with purchasing, industrial returns, and accounting departments.
• Affinity for numbers.
• Good concentration and resilience.
• Familiarity with Fimox (accounting software) is a plus.
• Optional: Basic accounting knowledge (OCR supported).
• Great Command of German Language B2/C1.
