B2B Online Sales Agents

Our online shop transacts in more than 100 currencies from all countries of the world, it is localized in many languages. We serve cross-platform B2C and B2B sales channels on all continents. We create, develop and support complex sales, administrative and technical systems for telecom business. We use the technologies built for the use we need. We are looking for B2B Online Sales Agents speaking English (advanced level) for long-termcooperation in Prishtina.

Location: rr. Ilir Konushevci, 159, Prishtina

No remote

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, one hour lunch break

Skills, education and experience:

• Higher Education or courses in Marketing, Sales or business-related field
• At least 12 months of proven uninterrupted experience in online sales B2B
• You must be structured, organized, dynamic, quickly understand new information
• Knowledge of CRM, Excel, sales skills and techniques
• Empathy, social selling, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Your role will be:

• increase the number of customers and vendors
• recommend solutions that are relevant to these buyers’ pain points and aspirations
• prepare the offers, contracts, schedule calls with prospective customers
• onboard new customers and vendors
