Job Role:

We are seeking a full-time Automation Specialist with expertise in Zapier and various platforms to streamline our operations and elevate our data management practices. This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing automated systems to enhance efficiency across the company.

Zapier Automations focus is on the below platforms:

• Google Sheets
• Excel
• Looker Studio
• Web Hooks and API’s
• Dripify
• CRM management (Close CRM)
• Calendly

Job Type:

• 8 hours/day, Full-Time
• Flexibility in providing a hybrid working environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage large-scale workflows in Zapier.
• Utilize Google Sheets and Excel for advanced data management.
• Generate and analyze reports using Looker Studio.
• Implement automation through webhooks and APIs.
• Manage and integrate scheduling tools like Calendly.
• Handle and optimize CRM data management (Close CRM).
• Collaborate across teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Resolve system and data issues proactively.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in automation.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Expertise in managing Zapier workflows.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, APIs, and webhooks.
• Skilled in CRM platforms (Close CRM) and data management.
• Familiar with scheduling tools like Calendly.
• Independent problem-solving capabilities and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
