Job Description:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly and outgoing point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clients with updates on the status of their tenant placement process.
- Conducting introduction calls to new clients, explaining your role as their go-to contact.
- Walking clients through our online portal, helping them manage appointments and access essential information.
- Booking phone, video call, or in-person appointments with staff members for clients.
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and self-managed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience with CRM systems is required for managing client data and workflows.
- Ability to type 45 words + per minute.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
