Position: Assistant Manager / HR Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / HR Operator to join our team. This role is a blend of human resources and management support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, employee management, and administrative efficiency. The ideal candidate will assist in HR functions, oversee employee relations, and support leadership with various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and support conflict resolution.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Operational & Administrative Duties:
- Support senior management with scheduling, reports, and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of HR-related data.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic facility management if required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (experience in management is a plus).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and database management.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle confidential information.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset with leadership potential.
