Position: Assistant Manager / HR Operator
Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / HR Operator to join our team. This role is a blend of human resources and management support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, employee management, and administrative efficiency. The ideal candidate will assist in HR functions, oversee employee relations, and support leadership with various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and support conflict resolution.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.

Operational & Administrative Duties:

  • Support senior management with scheduling, reports, and general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
  • Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee development plans.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of HR-related data.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic facility management if required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (experience in management is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and database management.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle confidential information.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with leadership potential.
