Position Overview: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-focused Assistant Manager to join our Sales Division. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team and making a real impact. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll help drive our sales success and ensure our team is motivated and reaching their goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the day-to-day activities of our Sales Division.
- Help your team hit and surpass their sales targets by setting clear goals and providing guidance.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align our sales strategies with our company’s overall objectives.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
- Demonstrate the ability to work within a set budget, ensuring all resources are allocated effectively and financial goals are met.
- Lead by example, offering support and development opportunities to help your team grow.
- Dive into sales data to uncover insights and recommend improvements.
- Make sure all sales activities follow company policies and standards.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment across teams.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for helping teams succeed.
- Results-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
